Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is a member of the Silver Hill Hospital Marketing and Strategic Analytics team. The Specialist will develop and execute organic social and influencer marketing campaigns and program collateral to maximize awareness for Silver Hill Hospital and its programs of care. Responsible for supporting administrative tasks and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. There is a hybrid flexibility potential, with 3 days per week on campus expected.
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is a member of the Silver Hill Hospital Marketing Team, which operates as one of four teams under the Strategy umbrella, including : Business Development, Admissions, and Community Outreach / Relations.
The Social Media & Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the ongoing coordination, maintenance, and measurement of digital channels including social media, website, email production, campus TV screens, and online reviews. The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for the creation of graphics for social media, invitations / flyers, internal campaigns, and other marketing needs as well as the organization and maintenance of the graphic and photographic assets of the department.
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with all departmental team members and consultants to optimize Silver Hill marketing channels, promote Silver Hill clinical programs and thought leadership, and meet tactical and strategic goals. This team member is responsible for supporting administrative tasks of the department including the organization of Teams Folders and departmental assets, management of Marketing Inbox, and other tasks as assigned and needed.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manages and coordinates all aspects related to marketing and promotional material and events.
- Provides overall support to the marketing department and assists department head with project management or administrative tasks.
- Develops and optimizes organic social media content driven by a deep understanding of the hospital's programs. Exhibits thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies and knowledge of social media and HTML.
- Supports the creation and implementation of strong social content calendar and other planned activations.
- Conducts and correctly interprets research and web analytics.
- Creates, delivers, edits and optimizes marketing materials across a number of platforms.
- Participated in hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics pertaining to trade shows, webinars, and referral events, as well as internal marketing meetings.
- Works closely with Director to oversee Marketing budget and tracking expenses for that budget.
- Coordinates with outside vendors for project management and organization.
- Manages projects and schedules with minimal supervision and is proficient at working independently as well as collaborating and performing duties to support the department's objectives. Displays flexibility and willingness to assist in a variety of roles, projects and assignments across the organization.
- Displays eagerness to learn new computer software, design platforms, social media, and websites.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
