Service Advisors Responsibilities
- Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phone
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Facilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-out
- Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approach
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for labor and parts
- Work with team to complete service and daily tasks
- Work with current technology to assist with communication and workflow
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance
- Embrace technology
- Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence
- Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching
