What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Licensing Representative position at Silver Lake Licensing Service LLC?
To receive, verify and process vehicle and vessel licenses, title transactions; issue and reconcile accountable vehicle and vessel license inventory and collect appropriate fees; serve as customer service representative through front counter, mail and phone assistance for licensing transactions. Processes cash, check and debit/credit card transactions; prepares and reconciles daily operator and workstation financial receipts and reports.
Within one year of hire date, employee must become a qualified operator on the Department of Licensing’s statewide computer system. Employer offers training in office, no previous experience required. After qualification, the employee will become a certified operator on the Department of Licensing’s statewide computer system after completing 1800 hours of state licensing work.
We are a privately owned sub-agent of Department Of Licensing with casual attire. We train our employees upon being hired and help get them to qualification and certification level. Medical insurance is something that is available to our employees. Starting pay depends upon experience and background check is required.
