What are the responsibilities and job description for the Girls Lacrosse: JV/Assistant Coach position at Silver Lake Regional High School?
Silver Lake Regional High School is in search of a Junior Varsity (JV) Girls' Lacrosse Coach in charge of training and management of the JV girls' lacrosse team.
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching high school lacrosse; experience working with students
- Previous high school coaching experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Teach the skills and strategies of lacrosse to student-athletes in grades 9-11.
- Be a role-model and teacher of lacrosse, including; practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment.
- Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs.
- Communicate regularly with families as needed.
