The Clinical Director will be essential in setting up and successfully launching a new behavioral health clinic. Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage clinic operations, including recruitment, training, and staff performance assessment.
- Design, implement, and evaluate effective behavioral health programs that cater to community needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and government entities.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure service sustainability and efficiency.
- Advocate for client needs and facilitate access to resources and support.
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage intern programs and collaborations with universities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
