Process background checks, verify references, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., Home Care Registry).
Manage the onboarding process, including preparing new-hire paperwork, orientation, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including personnel data, compensation, benefits, and tax information.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll. benefits, and tax information.
Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as preparing reports, typing letters, and answering phones.
