Our Entry Level Account Managers :

Engage with potential donors at events, delivering compelling presentations to explain our clients' mission and inspire contributions.
Build meaningful connections with community members through personalized interactions, providing exceptional customer service.
Effectively communicate the goals and initiatives of our charity partners, ensuring clarity and excitement around their causes.
Demonstrate expertise in fundraising campaigns, conveying the importance of each campaign to prospective donors.
Ensure a seamless experience for donors, from initial engagement to final contributions, providing top-tier customer service throughout.
Participate in team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared fundraising goals and objectives.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications :

0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or account management preferred, but not required. We offer full training to all new associates.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Honest, trustworthy, and committed to operating with integrity in all interactions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative.

Open to new ideas and willing to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and clients.

A natural drive to succeed and exceed expectations, consistently striving for excellence.
