As a Client Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our donors, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive experience. In essence, your role combines leadership, strategic customer engagement, team collaboration, and a focus on operational excellence to drive the success of your customer relations and sales efforts. Job Responsibilities : Manage Donor Volume : Handle a large number of incoming leads, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and support. Engage and Qualify Customers and Donors : Clearly explain various promotional packages to customers and assess their specific needs to determine the best fit. Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet client demands effectively and efficiently. Coach and Inspire : Partner with the Executive Manager to mentor and motivate your team, fostering their professional growth and career development. Promote a Positive Work Environment : Create a motivating and inspirational atmosphere that upholds the brand’s integrity and values. Ensure Operational Excellence : Uphold and execute operational policies and procedures to maintain high brand standards. Communicate Promotions and Incentives : Keep the team informed about current promotions, contests, and incentives to drive performance and engagement.
