What are the responsibilities and job description for the Promotional Event Assistant - Charity Division position at Silver Lining?
The Promotional Event Assistant will use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn and natural philanthropic enthusiasm to assist the on-site charity event marketing and advertising team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the charity’s overall marketing and fundraising efforts. We are the liaison between local charity clients and the community, building the bridge to generate donations and grow community impact efforts within a retail environment. Responsibilities :
- Execute retail marketing advertising plans and operational functions to company standards
- Participate in product / service knowledge training provided to on-site event teams on behalf of management
- Execute retail presentation and fundraising directives and standards to event team members
- Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to the charity and their mission at the local events
- Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategy of all new charities the company acquires. While applying knowledge of the charity and brand to develop customized donation strategies for the community member
- Ensure highest level of retail customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
- Assist the event manager and advertising teams with any day to day administrative support as requires We are offering :
