We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records of property management activities using software such as Appfolio, Google Suite, Slack, etc.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues related to property upkeep.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports for property owners and the management team.
- Work effectively with other supporting staff roles.
- Clerical work, such as going to the post office, filing and scanning paperwork, printing and mailing documents, etc.
Experience
- Experience using property management software such as Appfolio or similar platforms is required.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and legal administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and facilities management best practices.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors alike.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties effectively.
