Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Measure and record vital signs to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring that living spaces are tidy and organized.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and encourage participation in group home events.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate healthcare professionals.
