Silver Maple Recovery is a family owned addiction treatment program in Massillon and Lorain, OH. Our goal is to be Northeast Ohio's premier provider of addiction treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises client nursing care through the withdrawal management stage of recovery
- Ensures nursing quality of care standards and regulatory compliance
- Hiring, supervising, scheduling, training, and evaluating the performace of nursing department staff
- Ensures excellent communication regarding client care and progress towards care goals with physicians and the clinical team
Required experience, skills, and education:
- Ohio RN license
- Prior experience in addiction treatment and/or mental health
- Prior nurse management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for supporting recovery
