Are you a bilingual Medical Assistant (MA) looking for a new way to apply your skills? Look no further! We are hiring MAs for a healthcare organizaiton's call center!
You will join a passionate and motivated team who demonstrates compassion, respect, empathy and integrity on every call with patients and customers. Each day brings something new as you service 25 clinics, 400 providers, and 42 programs in San Diego.
- Hourly Rate: $25.99-34.93/hr
- Temp-to-Hire: 24 weeks as a temporary employee with ability to stay on as a permanent employee
- Schedule: 40 hours/wk, 8:00am-4:40pm Mon-Sat- with one weekday off
To work in the call center, you will...
Efficiently and actively provides excellent customer service by properly greeting, listening, assisting, closing each call in a pleasant, professional and helpful manner.
- Provide excellent customer service defined by professionalism and helpfulness
- Assess and the needs of each patient who calls
- Schedule and manage appointments plus assist with the completion of pre-registration
- Showcase an ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
Please do not apply if you do not have the following
- Bilingual - Vietnamese
- MA, receptionist or call center experience at least 1 year combined experience
- Can work the schedule provided in the description
- GED/High school diploma
Requirements

- Bilingual Vietnamese speaker
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Medical Assistant Certification
- The ability to type accurately and speedily (at least 40 words per minute--we can provide a quick test assess this!)
- 1 year of healthcare call center experience or MA
Salary : $26 - $35
