As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Take guests' orders accurately and follow established serving procedures
- Serve beverages and food items in a timely and friendly manner
- Uphold local, state, and federal alcohol laws by checking I.D.s and enforcing alcohol cut-off procedures
- Handle monies via sales and operate a point-of-sale system (preferably MICROS)
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the establishment and use cleaning agents as needed
- Knowledge of menu items and resort departments, programs, and activities is essential
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
