The Program Therapist is responsible for:
- Participating in team treatment meetings to represent the therapeutic needs and goals of assigned patients.
- Performing psychosocial assessments on assigned geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients.
- Completes indicated treatment plans using clinical information provided through the multidisciplinary assessment process.
- Meets with patients to discuss treatment plan goals, define discharge criteria and plans, complete family sessions, and assess level of patient risk.
- Provide daily group therapy to geriatric, adult, and adolescent populations as scheduled.
- Serves as a liaison between team members and involved social service agencies and ensures a clinically appropriate aftercare plan is in place.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred. Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois as a mental health professional or in the process of obtaining a mental health license or in a master's program in the mental health field.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:
This is a PRN role and the expected compensation is $30.00 hourly. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our PRN Program Therapist!
