Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our Food and Beverage team at Silver Reef Casino Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of Banquet operations, including event planning and setup
- Lead and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Implement daily plans set forth by the Banquet Manager, controlling operational costs and identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Food and Beverage management and/or Food and Beverage experience
- Certified in MAST (alcohol training) and holding a Class II, Food Handlers Permit
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
