What are the responsibilities and job description for the Players Club Representative position at Silver Reef Casino Resort?
Job Purpose: To execute the duties necessary to operate the casino player's club. This includes registering new players, providing current customers with point and or offer information; assisting in club giveaway programs and sell concert tickets.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a variety of schedules, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Computer data entry experience preferred.
- Must be able to work well with diverse clientele
- Must have outgoing and caring personality
Licensing Requirements:
- Class 2 gaming License
Essential Job Functions:
- Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the tiered player’s card.
- Answer clearly and understand all guest questions.
- Recognizes frequent guests.
- Monitor promotions and awards prizes.
- Enters guest data into the computer.
- Makes necessary corrections concerning guest’s information in the computer system.
- Maintains contact with other departments.
- Inform supervisor of all pertinent information that may impact the players club.
- Keep supervisor aware of supply needs.
- Performs tasks by receiving and appropriately directing internal and external guests and callers.
- Provides specific and general departmental information regarding the casino.
- Provides high quality customer service and hospitality in the execution of these tasks and responsibilities.
- Promote and carries out all player club member promotions and events.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Constantly concentrating, remembering, paying attention to and observing details.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for duration of shift; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Working conditions:
- Works indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
- Noise; smoke; odors.
- Working with others and independently.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and or move 25 pounds or more
- Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required
Qualifications:
- Excellent guest service/people skills, has the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
- Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills, read, write and speak English.
- Ability to use electronic equipment including, Kiosks, adding machine and telephone.
- Must have extremely outgoing and caring personality.
