Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and hospitality best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Relevant certifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Polished personal presentation.
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to perform essential job functions when working under stress, in fast-paced environment.
