What We’re Looking For

To be effective, you need to be a well-organized and deliberate individual with a critical eye for details. With the knowledge, judgment, and desire to help solve problems. The role will require knowledge of Adobe Illustrator with a willingness to specifically learn the complexities of Embroidery. The ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:

• Ability to effectively collaborate with a team of peers, as well as communicate with a variety of customers from around the country
• Being able to successfully self-manage and coordinate schedules, workflow, and problem-solving
• Multi-task different aspects and complexity of art and order entry.
• Be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and software

Job Requirements

Have working experience with Adobe Illustrator required. Wilcom digitizing software preferred but will train the right candidate. Cross platform experience a plus. The job will require primarily working on a computer and taking a role in managing jobs as they proceed through the order entry and art proofing process. Including order accuracy and the preparation of files for actual production. While working in tandem within our order processing portal using a web browser, G-mail, Google docs, and Slack. Excellent written communication skills, as well as basic math knowledge, is very important.

Daily job roles will include:

• Preparing art and setting up Production Proofs
• Digitizing files when needed
• Processing art for the next step in the embroidery process
• Checking garments and consulting with the production team to set up orders for the best results
• Communication with customers regarding art issues and resolutions
• Order Management & Pricing
• Checking Emails
• Inter/Intra department communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
