Were hiring a Release Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, packaging, and deployment of software releases for our client's NextGen and CurrentGenportfolio . In this role, youll play a critical part in ensuring new features, enhancements, and fixes are delivered consistently across multiple environments.
What Youll Do :
- Plan, coordinate, and perform deployments across environments like Sandbox, UAT, and Production.
- Collaborate with scrum teams, QA, Product, Project Managers, and DevOps to resolve dependencies and ensure successful releases.
- Apply governance standards to maintain the quality, integrity, and traceability of code in every release.
- Identify risks, manage incidents, and implement mitigation strategies for seamless deployments.
- Maintain release documentation, including deployment plans, change orders, and QA certifications.
What Were Looking For :
3 years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or SRE (HCM experience is a bonus).
