Identify and document areas for improvement with a focus on usability and intuitiveness.
Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for redesigning key areas like ordering processes and account management.
Develop a UX / UI template to ensure consistency across the site, aligned with brand standards.
Engage the remaining user segment by making the site more intuitivefocusing on user experience rather than external traffic.
