Key Responsibilities:
- Performs RAM Clear, setup, and troubleshooting on slot machines from major manufacturers.
- Works with the slot accounting system for machine builds and tracking.
- Diagnoses issues and orders the correct parts for repairs.
- Assists the Product Manager with various aspects of slot operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with slot machines, including RAM Clear, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and word processing software.
