Responsible for preparing and cooking items assigned from daily menu plan. Assists the Chef d’ Cuisine in the production of the daily menu or prep list.
Essential Job Functions:
• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Cooks or prepares food assigned from daily menu plan;
• Follows recipes given consistently and with care;
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations;
• Understanding of all job responsibilities of staff during assigned shift;
• Responsible for most areas of kitchen sanitation, safety and OSHA compliance;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
