What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Manager position at Silver Slipper Casino?
Responsible for overseeing all operations of the Transportation department. Duties include scheduling and training staff driving guests and employees from parking areas and off property locations to and from casino and all Valet personnel; maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles; and guest relations.
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Greets all incoming guest entering Valet and Casino;
- Responds to all guest inquiries concerning property, events and promotions;
- Maintains the cleanliness and operation of all company vehicles;
- Keeps valet and guest areas free of litter and safe;
- Interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and schedules all Transportation and Valet employees;
- Ensures that all safety and reporting protocols are applied;
- Completes and maintains all files related to the Transportation and Valet department;
- Handles guest service complaints in a timely and professional manner;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
