$250 gas card bonus!
Base wage of $21 per hour plus shift differential
3rd Shift: Monday- Thursday 8:00pm to 6:00am

We’re seeking an experienced Batch Operator who is motivated and has a real enthusiasm for creating great tasting food. You enjoy the science of food, knowing that exact measurement of ingredients and the right blending process are critical to making a high-quality product. You’re a self-starter who enjoys working independently with minimal direction, and take pride in your equipment, processes and end products. You also enjoy being on a positive, productive team that works together to make great products and do what you can to help your team members throughout the day. And you enjoy the physicality of the job, knowing you won’t have to go to Cross Fit after work.
Requirements

Daily Operation Support: Proper shift transitions & strong lines of communication between the different teams keep operations moving smoothly. You review all job orders and quickly determine priorities, staffing needs, and material requirements to ensure the team is meeting daily production goals. A stickler for detail, you ensure that safety, quality and maintenance procedures are followed and documented accurately, thoroughly and efficiently.
