PCA Personal Care Assistant
Silver Spring is searching for Caregivers whose focus is to provide high quality care to patients located in Tomball, Spring, Pinehurst, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Magnolia.
Each Silver-Spring Healthcare Services Team Member makes a difference and impacts the delivery of care every day to our very worthy patients.
Silver-Spring Healthcare Services provides Personal Care Assistants, pediatric PDN, adult PDN, geriatric skilled nursing, provider services and hospice care across Texas for all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, restroom care, dressing and grooming
- Assist in safe transfers and walking assistance
- Assist with self-administered medications
- Healthy meal preparation and planning
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provide companionship and activities (cards, games, movies, etc.)
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 years of experience caring for a senior or the aging preferred.
- Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services.
- Successfully pass Criminal and Background Record check.
- Four (4) recent references (2 personal and 2 professional).
- Reliable transportation to a client's home and/or a valid driver's license and auto insurance if required by the client.
