What are the responsibilities and job description for the LVN Private Duty Nurse position at Silver-Spring HealthCare Services?
We are looking for great PDN nurses (LVN's) for our wonderful patients in the following area:
Hempstead 77445: LVN 12 overnight shift. Day shift. Cat freindly home. Adult trach/vent
The nurses will focus on the medical needs and medical treatment that is ordered for the patients, in their homes. They will be expected to assess their patients' conditions multiple times during every shift. Document timely in Kantime EMR.
Experience providing care for patients with a variety of conditions:
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care
- G-tube care and management
- Administering medications and therapies
