Looking for college student who wants to learn the world of wealth management. This is unpaid but I will incentives cold calling, getting licenses and a positive attitude.
Below are some of the things you will learn!
Support
● Handling case notes, processing correspondence, maintaining client case files, and filing new statements,
account forms, and other insurance and investment related materials
● Maintaining financial representative’s calendar, scheduling follow-up appointments
● Responding to home office inquiries
● Monitoring and stocking marketing materials for insurance and investment related materials
● Ensuring NMIS and insurance compliance requirements are implemented and followed
Client Services
● Corresponding with clients to handle & resolve issues
● Accepting redemptions/withdrawals from clients and communicating instructions to home office
● Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR) and expedite any additional underwriting requirements
● Communicate with home office, NMIS, and fund families to supply or obtain information
● Prepare/print letters of instruction for client signature
● Prepare policies for delivery
● Maintain check logs
● Insurance underwriting
● Client Insurance/Investment onboarding
Relationship Management
● Complete Fact Finder meetings with prospective clients
● Complete PX presentations for Advisor and Team use
● Fluidly help team bring prospects through sales process
