Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the company's inventory and ensuring that stock levels meet production requirements. This role involves tracking inventory levels, conducting audits, and support production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory levels, including raw materials and supplies.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and production to ensure timely replenishment of stock and to address inventory-related issues.
- System Management: Utilize inventory management software and systems to maintain accurate records and streamline inventory processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
