General Summary:
Responsible for residential sales and account management; achieves residential sales targets and supports exceptional customer experiences. Maintains strong knowledge of company products, plans, promotions and features.
Essential Job Functions / Certifications:
Achieves residential sales targets through new customer acquisition, upgrades, and retention efforts.
Consults with customers to provide the best solutions for their needs and meets sales objectives.
Maintains strong knowledge of Company products, accessories, plans, promotions, and features.
Processes service requests and opens customer accounts, maintains customer records, updating account information, enters service requests in databases, i.e., ANPI, LIDB, records and processes information for trouble tickets.
Stays current on competitive offers and provides market information to supervisor.
Maintains an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments through training and self-development.
Queries and updates account information in supporting software.
Performs general duties such as processing payments, answering calls, greeting and assisting customers.
Completes all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with procedures.
Attends Company sponsored events such as fairs, parades, etc.
Supports Company through personal use of products and services and proactively promoting it within the community.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Ability to hold a valid Wyoming or Idaho Driver's License.
