What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brazing Technician position at Silver State Manufacturing?
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up brazing operations according to written specifications
- Assemble customer parts in the Belt and Alloy departments
- Assist with Torch and Induction Brazing as needed
- Work with various alloys and chemicals such as flux and acetone
- Perform sandblasting and polishing to remove contaminants and surface imperfections
- Operate high-heat tools , including torches and induction machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
- Safely handle chemicals and solvents used in fabrication processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures
- Adhere to environmental and safety policies
