Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on SMT machines and feeders.
- Develop and optimize SMT and SPI programs for screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth equipment operation and quality output.
- Evaluate product quality, document defects, and implement process improvements.
- Support new and existing machine setup, relocation, and integration into production.
- Manage and control machine consumables, including solder paste, nozzles, and feeders.
- Lead programming updates, implement engineering changes (ECOs), and drive continuous improvement projects.
