Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MDS Coordinator at Silver State Pediatric in Las Vegas, NV. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for care planning, creating care plans, managing the MDS process, and utilizing geriatric nursing skills to provide quality care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Geriatric Nursing skills
- Experience in Care Planning and creating Care Plans
- Proficiency in MDS (Minimum Data Set) management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of pediatric care and therapy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
