Job Overview:
We are seeking a Budtender/Dispensary Agent committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment and exceptional customer service to join our dispensary team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a consistently positive attitude and a passion for cannabis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide customer purchase choices with knowledge of current products and sales.
- Accurately calculate product purchase limits in compliance with state regulations.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately through our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Demonstrate accurate and precise cash handling.
- Adhere to all company, local, and state regulations related to the sale of cannabis.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary and work area at all times.

- Capability to complete customer transactions quickly and accurately, while providing exceptional customer service.

- Must be 21 in compliance with state cannabis laws.
- Willing and able to secure Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) issued Cultivation Agent Card.

Work Conditions:
- Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
