Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimming/Packaging Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the preparation and packaging of cannabis products, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse at all times. Cleaning of the warehouse accounts for approximately 50% of your time on the job.
• Trimming: Carefully trim cannabis flower to ensure high-quality finished products.
• Packaging: Accurately package cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines, including labeling, sealing, and ensuring proper weight measurements.
• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards before packaging.
• Compliance: Adhere to all industry standards, local, and state regulations related to cannabis trimming, packaging, and safety.

Work Conditions:

  Must be 21 : In compliance with state cannabis laws.
• Punctuality: Must be able to adhere to strict attendance standards that require you show up to all scheduled shifts at or before the scheduled start time.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately measure, package, and label products with great attention to detail.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods; must be comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with coworkers. Experience: Previous experience in a cannabis trimming or packaging role is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and grow in the industry is essential.
