Lead Retail Sales Associate, Lead Budtender
The Silver Stem Fine Cannabis Lead Retail Sales Associate, Lead Budtender is a key role representing Silver Stem on the retail level and serving as the face of our brand.
About This Role
- Guide patrons to fully enjoy their experience, gain knowledge of our products and other cannabis accessories, and ultimately return to our establishments in the future.
- Maintain functionality, efficiency, and fluidity throughout the store and among all levels of SSFC staff, the corporate team, vendors, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk associate duties and responsibilities.
- Assist with creating an efficient and fluid store by supporting the inventory control associate, assistant, and store manager.
- Handle patient intake (dual-use and medical licensed locations only).
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner following check-in protocol.
- Utilize SSFC's point of sale system, Flowhub.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide product recommendations and educate customers on cannabis products.
- Adhere to state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
- Act as Manager on Duty when management is unavailable.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products.
- Experience working in a retail or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have obtained a valid Employee Badge from the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division before the date of hire.
