Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing department
- Ensure the highest level of quality care and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassion

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
