Marketing Liaison

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources.

Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to promote the nursing home’s services and capabilities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and referrals, ensuring a seamless admission process.

Represent the nursing home at community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities.

Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve census goals and improve referral experiences.

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.

Knowledge of nursing home or long-term care industry is a plus.

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
