NOW HIRING : Recreation Aide

Responsibilities of a Recreation Aide :

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities for residents

Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote well-being

Set up and clean activity areas and ensure supplies are stocked

Collaborate with the recreation team to create a diverse and enjoyable activity calendar

Provide companionship and support to residents during activities

Recreation Aide Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Enthusiasm for working with seniors and a genuine interest in recreational therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
