Recreation Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and organizing recreational activities for residents
- Lead group and individual activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Encourage resident participation in daily programs and events
- Support the Recreation Director in coordinating special events and outings
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
Recreation Assistant Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of residents and adapt activities to meet individual needs
