Role Overview
As the Cannabis Logistics Coordinator & Delivery Driver, you will manage the daily operations of our cannabis delivery services while delivering products safely, efficiently, and professionally. This hybrid role combines operational management with hands-on delivery responsibilities to ensure seamless customer experiences, efficient logistics, and strict compliance with cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations:
- Safely deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Document deliveries accurately and communicate any discrepancies or incidents promptly.
- Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and cannabis delivery regulations.
- Verify customer identity and age (21 ) upon delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues to management.
- Maintain security and compliance for all cannabis products during transport.
Logistics & Inventory Management:
- Schedule and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Coordinate with dispensary staff to prepare and verify orders for delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including manifests and receipts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to state and local cannabis transportation laws.
Retail Support:
- Assist as a Retail Sales Associate during downtime or when the store requires support, including tasks such as helping customers, stocking shelves, or maintaining a clean and organized retail space.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and compliance.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule.
- CDL not required.
