Your Impact as a Director of Nursing
In this role, you will:
- Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Oversee nursing services, ensuring compliance with The Company, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead & Develop Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, and manage nursing staff while ensuring proper assignment and delegation of duties.
- Support Floor Staffing: Step in as needed to support nursing staff and maintain quality resident care.
- Manage Payroll & Budgeting: Approve and validate department payroll while managing nursing operations within budget guidelines.
- Enhance Resident Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, medical directors, and therapy staff.
- Ensure Proper Documentation: Oversee resident charting, procedure documentation, and compliance with care standards.
- Maintain Resources & Supplies: Ensure nursing staff has the necessary equipment, supplies, and resources to provide the highest level of care.
- Train & Develop Staff: Provide ongoing education and development opportunities to nursing personnel to achieve positive resident outcomes.

- Is a Registered Nurse (RN) with required state licensure.
