Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our progressively growing team in Greely, CO. Birchwood Manor Apartments is comprised of 162 apartment homes for SENIORS. To ensure STR gets the best candidates, we offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensively support the Community Director in all management and communication efforts with residents, management and ownership.
- Ensure timely interim and annual recertification of all residents.
- Assist Community Director in building and maintaining accurate and complete resident files according to HUD guidelines.
- Assist Community Director in preparing for MOR’s and NSPIRE inspections.
- Run credit, criminal and other background checks to ensure that the community’s screening criteria is not compromised and the best possible tenants are found.
- Assist in the timely preparation of all applicant/resident documentation, including but not limited to those required by HUD and management.
- Effective and timely communication with residents and applicants on all issues pertinent to their tenancy.
- Assist in enforcement of lease terms and rules and regulations.
- Assist the Community Director with various administrative duties crucial to the operation of the community.
- Effective and timely communications with Community Director and other staff members.
- All other related tasks as deemed necessary by management and ownership required to operate the property as efficiently as possible.
