Position: Wellness Center Front Office - Medical Receptionist

This position is for a detail-oriented, people-loving professional who enjoys creating a welcoming space while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be a key part of our growing practice, ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Be the welcoming face and voice of Silver Tree Wellness Center.
- Answer phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage patient scheduling and check-in/check-out processes, including billing
- Handle medical document processing with confidentiality and care.
- Previous experience in a medical, med spa, dental, vision, or veterinary front office role would be ideal but not required
2. Community Engagement & Patient Support
- Answer inquiries and help guide prospective patients toward their best wellness options.
- Educate patients on our treatments, services, and programs in a way that aligns with our mission of natural healing and transformation.
- Assist with light sales of wellness products and services.
3. Administrative & Organizational Excellence
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and general office organization.
- Assist with transitioning patient records into our digital OptiMantra EHR system.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations (training provided if needed).

Schedule & Growth Opportunities
- This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM).
- After a 3-month trial period, there may be opportunities to tailor responsibilities based on your skills and interests.
