Job Summary:
Ensure quality of service, as well as overall food and beverage product and presentation. Manage front & back of house restaurant and beverage staff. Establish and ensure service standards are being followed.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years previous food and beverage supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Ability to work well with subordinates, coworkers and work as a team. Present a well-groomed appearance and be at least twenty-one years of age. Must be able to read, write and speak

Requirements:- Interviewing candidates and hiring new employees.
- Develop and implement effective work schedule for optimum service. must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Train and develop staff to ensure they can perform their jobs to meet expectations.
- Provide general direction and basic work assignments to front line employees.
- Manage all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations.
- Communicate to Management any work-related issues that occur during an assigned shift, including employee relations or performance issues, facility, or safety issues.
- Assists, as needed, to maintain standard of appearance, sanitation, and service in all Front/Back of House and Beverage areas.
- Knowledge of full Menu/Specials/Promotions.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction/resolving any disputes or complaints
- Ensures quality of ingredients, preparation, presentation, and correct temperature of the food served.
- Ensures all staff maintains a clean and orderly station.
- Maintains excellent guest service
- Responsible for taking, placing, and delivering food and beverage orders placed by guests as needed.
- Reviews guest comment cards and delivers the results to Management.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Train and assist with ordering supplies.
- Train and assist with performing physical inventory.
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and oral cues. Must be able to move freely about all areas of the restaurant, both Front and Back of House.

ServSafe Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card preferred.
