Job Responsibilities:
- Installation: Installing New Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning Systems
- Maintenance: Performing Routine Maintenance to Ensure Efficient System Operation
- Service: Diagnose & Repair Mechanical Faults in HVAC Systems
- Customer Interaction: Communicating with Customers to Understand their Needs and Explain Solutions.
- Compliance: Ensuring all work meets HVAC Codes and Safety Standards
- Teamwork: Working Alongside other Technicians
Job Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Licensing: Minimum MD HVAC Apprenticeship, EPA Universal Certification
- Experience: 2 Years Commercial HVAC Experience
- Skills: Proficient in Mechanical Diagnostics, Ability to Read Schematics & Work Plans, Strong Written, Verbal & Interpersonal Skills
- Physical Requirements: Ability to Lift Objects; typically, less than 50 lbs., Ability to Climb Ladders and Work at Heights
- Other: Valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record, Ability to Cover On-Call Duties; as scheduled
