- Monitoring and Managing Accounts:
The specialist will track overdue invoices and delinquent accounts, ensuring a systematic approach to identifying and addressing outstanding payments.
- Communication with Customers:
Reaching out to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to discuss overdue balances. The role emphasizes securing payment arrangements and fostering communication to prevent further delays.
- Investigating Discrepancies:
The specialist will need to resolve any discrepancies in payments or invoices and maintain detailed records of actions taken, ensuring transparency in the collection process.
