We’re looking for a People & Culture (HR) Generalist to join our Home Office team and help create a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and set up to succeed.
This position will be Hybrid, In-Office Tuesday - Thursday.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2-3 years of human resource management experience preferred
PHR certification is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation
What you'll be doing:
Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility
Provide guidance to handle complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations
Administer HR programs encompassing compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, talent management, safety, training, and more
Address employment inquiries, referring complex matters appropriately and offering advice
Actively participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay informed about industry trends
Apply in-depth knowledge of leave laws like FMLA and ADA and improve leave communication processes
Manage office tasks relevant to HR department operations with discretion and judgment
Oversee employee records and training compliance while ensuring legal adherence
Assist and advise on HR-related concerns
Interpret and enforce HR policies and regulations
Work efficiently in a high-volume customer service environment
Proficiently utilize HR Systems (HRIS)
Work independently and analyze incomplete or inconclusive information
Collaborate effectively with a diverse workforce, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrate exceptional organization and accuracy in processes and data management
Exhibit flexibility in multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
Anticipated pay range: $67,000 USD - $78,000 USD
