We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing who is passionate about making a difference for our Alexandria Community!

Qualifications: 

• Currently licensed RN or LPN who is currently in school for RN license.


• 1 year or more of management experience  


• Associates must have reliable means of transportation to consistently meet attendance and punctuality standards. This role does not require a valid driver’s license or personal vehicle unless specified in additional job requirements


• You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs

What you will be doing: 

• Planning, developing, coordinating, mentoring, training and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations to secure the highest level of quality care is provided


• Training and development of staff development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous resident care

Anticipated pay range: $95,000 USD - $105,000 USD
