Executive Assistant to the President
As Executive Assistant for our President, you’ll play a key role in the successful growth of Silverback’s technology services business. Further, you will provide Marketing Support for our Marketing Director. You will be collaborating across the team and organization to provide phenomenal support. This critical role relies on precise execution, phenomenal communication, and creative thinking to ensure the team has everything necessary to achieve the ambitious goals of the portfolio. Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level executive administrative support to the President.
- Schedule and manage calendars and complex travel arrangements across different time zones.
- Oversee expense reconciliation and report management.
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and communications on behalf of team leads.
- Manage marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables are executed, and cross-functional teams stay aligned.
- Plan and organize team meetings, working closely with team leaders to drive efficiency and collaboration.
- Prepare minutes and track action items from specific meetings.
- Collaborate with the support team on all day-to-day office activities.
- Review and proofread planning documents and presentations.
- Handle special projects as assigned, requiring problem-solving and strategic coordination.
- Travel as needed to support events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives, specifically within the technology industry.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and diplomatically.
- Unflappable, flexible, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely strong communication skills across multiple platforms (email, text, in-person, video calls, etc.).
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Mac and MS Office operating systems, Salesforce, Zoom, and Dropbox.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee marketing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
